this past weekend was our towns craft festival..which for some weird reason we actually strolled. probably b/c of the gorgeous crisp weather...
someone was making teepees, which reminded me of this one which i like very much.
of course it would be so good if afi and amma make it in time for thanksgiving..

we rode the motorcycle to the beach today..
what a crisp refreshing day!
we were sitting at our favorite beachfront spot and
found entertainment in these crazed birds that seem
to really prefer jeeps!

i am sunkissed and rejuvenated!

...bottle of reisling, snitzels, wursts, spetzla, potatoe pancakes, pumpkin cheesecake w/ gingersnap crust, yum!
...musicians and owner keeping it fun w/ polka and free vodka shots.
yes, we had a barrel of fun!

day two @ folk festival...
followed the amazing bob rafkin around, he brought tears to our eyes, and even to his own with his beautiful "comfort is the music".
enjoyed @ olivias cafe in cozy chairs sipping hot tea..

enjoyed the folk festival going on this weekend in eustis.
its blueskies, dragonflies, kids running free and grassroots music.
the young group "token gamblers" (above) were my favorites today, also brian smalley (below) who was energetic and played the prettiest version of "melissa" by the allman brothers.
then to a benefit for a biker who died while riding to get his 3 day old daughter some meds..we donated to the cause and appreciated food n music provided.

stopped by the restuarant jobsite in tavares and
homecoming parade came up main st...and they were throwing candy....so, i sent sweet boy out in the street to clean up, for ian of course!
