little lambs

mothers day thoughts are with the sheep farmers

in iceland

its lambing season

some farms are under so much ash

wives and children have been asked to leave

leaving menfolk to tend to lambing season

with little help

some farmers going 40 hrs without sleep

they are finally sending in help

sheep are having to stay in barns around the clock with

all their needs tended to manually

exhausting

alot like real mothering/parenting

so with these little lambs in mind

happiest of mothers day

to

all that have tended to new life

and healthy tomorrows

to all the little lambs of the world
