hello :)
been working 7 months renovating this old home
(almost done)
its been a pleasure
restored roof, new siding + windows
new gables, new porch
new deck and balcony
new bathroom
new staircase where there was none
with repurposed old stairs from vermont
lots of lunches on this porch w/ lake view
restorations + renovations
a relaxed change from hotel work
of course, i couldnt help myself
to help myself:)

how pretty! I always am so impressed when people take on such large tasks. I am digging that minty green on the house.
