I have never gotten one that close! That's awesome you have family in Reykjavik. I have been there and loved it. Maybe too extreme to be living there I am not sure, but the exposure to the elements of weather and sea is wonderful. I was there in the summer, and it was somewhat warm. And I loved (loved) the thermal springs, nothing beats that. So fascinating. I hope you'll visit me again. Cheers!
yes, those geothermals are luxurious and heavenly..last time i went it was in december and it was 14F...talk about a nice experience. i will visit again!
